By Don Morse When scouting an area for land parcels look closely at the surrounding parcels and the building improvements on them. Are they compatible with the vision that you have in the development of your land? Is the setting right for you? Would your intended home be consistent with the nearby structures? If there is no existing driveway does the road frontage of the parcel allow for a safe entrance or exit from the property.
